Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

BEEU reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors.
  • Cancel orders because of stock unavailability.
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Limit quantities purchased by a customer.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

6. Payment

We currently accept:

  • PayHere (Credit/Debit Cards and supported payment methods)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

By placing an order, you authorize us to process your payment using your selected payment method.

BEEU does not store your complete credit or debit card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in future COD orders being restricted or declined.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
